Head of Communications (Fintech division)

Dynatech – a competence center for Dyninno Group, is looking to hire a new team member for one of the Group’s Companies.  

 Dyninno is a group of companies providing products and services in the travel, finance, entertainment, and technology sectors in 50+ countries. The company develops and implements innovations and technology in its products. Thanks to that, casting professionals quickly find true talent, travelers get the best ticket prices for flights from over 70+ airlines in a fraction of a second, and clients have access to loan products and financial instruments in just one click from anywhere in the world. 

 As the Head of Communications (Fintech division), you’ll plan, execute, and coordinate all communication activities across media relations, PR, social media, and content creation for our Fintech divison brands. Your role involves developing and implementing communication strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring consistency in messaging across all platforms. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of all communication activities, including media relations, public relations, social media, and content creation;
  • Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies to promote our fintech brands, in alignment with overall business goals;
  • Build and mentor a team of communication professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment;
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key media outlets, influencers, industry associations, and other relevant stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and reputation;
  • Oversee the development of compelling content for various channels, including press releases, blog posts, whitepapers, presentations, and marketing materials;
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, product development, and senior leadership, to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all touchpoints;
  • Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and mitigate risks proactively;
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of communication efforts, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred;
  • Proven experience (at least 3 years) in a communication role, preferably within the fintech industry;
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategic communication plans that drive business results in an international setting;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely;
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams. 

There is no one-size-fits-all here, we are quite flexible and use an individual approach with every candidate we meet. While getting familiar during our interview, we try to understand where your working experience, professional skills and future contribution to the company can be applied within our multiple business projects.     

We don’t want to set any limits, but if we are naming the numbers, then the salary for this position starts from 3500 EUR gross per month depending on your experience and skills.
