IT Project Manager (Nectaro)

Dynatech – a competence center for Dyninno Group, is looking to hire a new team member for one of the Group’s Companies. 

Dyninno is a group of companies providing products and services in the travel, finance, entertainment, and technology sectors in 50+ countries. 

One of the financial business divisions of the Dyninno group – Nectaro is searching for an experienced IT Project Manager who will be leading IT projects, third-party system integrations, as well as participating in cross-functional projects with the Marketing, Legal and Compliance teams. All work will be done in a team of professionals with high performance and scaling in mind. 

Nectaro is an online investment platform, which gives an option to earn a passive income by investing in loans. The platform is designed to help investors to back up their futures through passive and easy financial instruments and is accessible to anyone in the European Economic Area. With Nectaro’s technology, investors can monitor their investments, track their returns, and adjust their investment strategy at any time. 

Nectaro successfully obtained an investment brokerage company license from The Bank of Latvia.

Responsibilities:  

• Work with stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of business requirements; 
• Transform business ideas to precise technical requirements;  
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, create acceptance criteria for Dev and QA teams; 
• Estimate scope of work and resource requirements for change management; 
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress; 
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals; 
• Coordinate daily communication between cross-departments involved to the project delivery;  
• Analyze, evaluate and search for possibilities to improve existing processes (to simplify, automate);  
• Participate in long-term planning and product roadmap development. 

Requirements:   

• Solid experience in project management in IT environment (at least 1 year); 
• Strong conceptual and process-focused thinking skills;  
• Ability to develop and manage multiple projects simultaneously;  
• Thorough attention to detail, highly organized and adaptable to shifting business priorities; 
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; 
• Fluent English;
• Experience with P2P projects or the finance industry will be considered as an advantage. 

There is no one-size-fits-all here, we are quite flexible and use individual approach with every candidate we meet. We don’t want to set limits, but if we are naming the numbers, then the salary for this role is starting from 4000 EUR gross.
