B2B Sales Manager

We’re looking for a B2B Sales Manager for the Entertech business division whose primary focus will be new partnerships establishment with business partners and organizations within the entertainment industry. 

Entertech is a hi-tech company in the entertainment market that is a part of Dyninno’s group of companies. We help the American Show Business Industry by providing a unique platform for Actors, Models, Singers, Dancers and Voice-over artists to land roles in Movies, TV Series and Commercial projects. Our products (allcasting.com and kidscasting.com) help dreams come true for thousands of people who wish to get their foot in the door of show business, cinematography, and the advertising industry.  

Responsibilities:  

  • Business prospects generation through cold calling, social media, cold emailing, online events; 
  • Relationships establishment with customers and entertainment industry organizations to understand their business needs; 
  • Public speaking and participation in different events such as webinars, discussion panels, interviews, educational and promotional corporate videos; 
  • Assisting the direct Manager / Head of B2B department in assigned tasks; 
  • Collaboration with in-house teams.  

Requirements:  

  • 1+ years’ Experience in B2B sales / business development; 
  • Strong c level communication skills, adapting to different target audiences; 
  • Interest and excitement about Entertech products and the Entertainment industry; 
  • Demonstrated ability to perform independently; 
  • Acts like an owner takes full responsibility, passionate about the success of Entertech business client’s growth; 
  • English language native speaker / fluent; 
  • Ability to work in the evenings based on business needs. 

Will be considered as an advantage:  

  • Experience in selling online platform services.;
  • Experience in public speaking (webinars, lectures, seminars, online events). 

There is no one-size-fits-all here, we are quite flexible and use an individual approach with every Candidate we meet. We don’t want to set any limits, but if we are naming the numbers, then the salary for this position is 2114 EUR – 2405 EUR Gross + performance bonus after trial period.
