Junior Graphic Designer (Trevolution)

Due to the expansion of the Travel division – Trevolution, we are looking for a skilled Junior Graphic Designer to join our team and create eye-catching visuals and social media content, static banners, email campaigns and infographics across digital platforms including ads on Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, Affiliates banners and Youtube for Marketing team needs. 

This role is a good chance for kick-starters in graphic design to start their professional growth. 

Responsibilities:  

• Create visuals and social media content, static banners, email campaigns and infographics across digital platforms including ads on Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, Affiliates banners and YouTube;
• Collaborate with marketing teams to understand design needs and requirements;
• Create eye-catching icons and illustrations for marketing needs; 
• Keep up to date with design trends and software updates; 
• The desire to achieve a high level of creativity in design and to gain useful knowledge. 

Requirements:  

• A portfolio demonstrating experience in graphic design;
• 1+ years of professional experience in graphic design related to the marketing industry; 
• Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma and other relevant design tools;
• Ability to work with brand guidelines;
• Good understanding of composition, typography, and graphic design principles to create visually balanced and effective designs; 
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities, demonstrating flexibility in design approach; 
• Good knowledge of English. 

Will be considered as an advantage:   

• Degree in graphic design or related field;  
• Skills in working with video editors; 
• Experience in producing illustrations in 3D;
• Understanding of marketing and advertising design.

There is no one-size-fits-all here, we are quite flexible and use an individual approach with every Candidate we meet. We don’t want to set any limits, but if we are naming the numbers, then the salary range for this position is from 1200 EUR Gross to 1600 EUR Gross per month.
