HR Director (Fintech Division)

Dynatech – a competence center for Dyninno Group, is looking to hire a new team member for one of the Group’s Companies. 

Dyninno is a Group of companies providing products and services in the travel, finance, entertainment, and technology sectors in 50+ countries. The company develops and implements innovations and technology in its products. Thanks to that, casting professionals quickly find true talent, travelers get the best ticket prices for flights from over 70+ airlines in a fraction of a second, and clients have access to loan products and financial instruments in just one click from anywhere in the world.    

Join our Fintech business as HR Director and play a pivotal role in building and nurturing winning, high-performance teams across Europe and Asia. As a trusted partner to the Co-Founder, you will drive organizational development, foster alignment among C-level and C-1 level teams and shape a unique and inclusive culture tailored to each business’s needs. Your expertise will be vital as you act as a coach for our C-level teams, helping them enhance their leadership and collaboration skills. Additionally, you will actively participate in talent acquisition and negotiations with key candidates. Main duties:  

  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives throughout all business locations; 
  • Build and maintain committed and trustworthy relationships with the executive team and provide strategic HR guidance and support; 
  • Lead and manage HR, L&D teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure their success and growth; 
  • Oversee all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, etc.; 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in different locations to ensure HR initiatives and programs are effectively implemented; 
  • Develop and manage HR budget, oversee HR audits, work closely with legal, finance and compliance teams; 
  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, promote a positive work culture, and foster a diverse and inclusive environment; 
  • Design and optimize HR processes within the SAP SuccessFactors system, ensuring efficient and effective use of the platform; 
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate strategies;  

Main requirements:  

  • Proven experience as an HR leader, preferably in the fintech industry, with a track record of driving strategic initiatives; 
  • Experience leading and managing a geographically diverse HR team, demonstrating excellent leadership and people management skills; 
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and policies in various domains: talent management, L&D, performance management, succession planning etc.; 
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR strategies, L&D programs, and OKR frameworks aligned with business objectives;
  • Experience managing HR budgets, including resource allocation and cost optimization;
  • Strong understanding of compliance requirements, including employment laws, data privacy regulations, and industry standards;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, very good English skills, and ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels;
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.  

 There is no one-size-fits-all here, we are quite flexible and use an individual approach with every candidate we meet. While getting familiar during our interview, we try to understand where your working experience, professional skills and future contribution to the company can be applied within our multiple business projects.     

We don’t want to set any limits, but if we are naming the numbers, then the salary range for this position starts from 4300 EUR gross per month depending on your experience and skills.
