Business assistant (Financial field)

Dynatech – a competence center for Dyninno Group, is looking to hire a new team member for one of the Group’s Companies.  

Dyninno is a group of companies providing products and services in the travel, finance, entertainment, and technology sectors in 50+ countries. The company develops and implements innovations and technology in its products. Thanks to that, casting professionals quickly find true talent, travelers get the best ticket prices for flights from over 70+ airlines in a fraction of a second, and clients have access to loan products and financial instruments in just one click from anywhere in the world. 

We are looking for a highly a highly organized and dynamic Business Assistant (Finance field) to work closely with our Founder. This role is pivotal in supporting both strategic and operational functions, and the ideal candidate will be deeply involved in the financial and business facets of the company.  

Responsibilities: 

  • Strategic Assistance: Help set KPIs for business teams and assist in refining investment presentations to enhance decision-making and track organizational performance; 
  • Financial Oversight: Conduct preliminary research, data gathering and analysis on a variety of topics in financial services and fintech. Support in drafting and reviewing financial statements and projections that influence business strategies; 
  • Communication Management: Draft, edit, and proofread memos, correspondence, and meeting materials; 
  • Project Management: Track tasks and projects to ensure they are prioritized appropriately against deadlines and significant organizational developments. Lead and support special projects as needed; 
  • Operational Support: Collaborate with administration and operations managers to ensure business operations run smoothly and efficiently.  

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or related field (may also be the last year student); 
  • Proven experience as an Executive/Business Assistant or similar role, preferably in a fintech environment; 
  • Excellent skills in MS Office; 
  • Advanced level of English both written and verbal; 
  • Exceptional ability to manage business correspondence and craft high-quality presentations; 
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and financial management. Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work; 
  • A high degree of discretion and confidentiality.  

There is no one-size-fits-all here, we are quite flexible and use an individual approach with every candidate we meet. While getting familiar during our interview, we try to understand where your working experience, professional skills and future contribution to the company can be applied within our multiple business projects.      

We don’t want to set any limits, but if we are naming the numbers, then the salary for this position starts from 2551 EUR – 3134 EUR Gross per month depending on your experience and skills.
