Junior/ Middle Graphic Designer (Entertech)

We’re looking for a Junior/ Middle Graphic Designer for the Entertech business division whose primary focus would be on creating eye-catching and engaging graphics across diverse digital channels, including social media, websites, email marketing, online advertisements, etc. The role is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are looking for a chance to develop their career within an in-house Design team with mentorship from more experienced Design colleagues. 

Entertech is a hi-tech company in the entertainment market that is a part of the Dyninno group of companies. It develops algorithms and provides casting professionals with the best tools in the industry for automating the talent search process. It manages the brands AllCasting and KidsCasting. We have a few casting networks that connect aspirational actors, models and performers with casting directors and filmmakers in the United States. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Create eye-catching and engaging graphics for various channels such as social media, website, email marketing, online advertisement, and others; 
  • Collaborate with design team and cross-functional teams, to understand project requirements and contribute to a cohesive brand image; 
  • Ensure a high level of creativity, quality and consistency of design. 

Requirements: 

  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; 
  • 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design; 
  • Ability to work with brand guidelines; 
  • Strong visual design skills and excellent taste are a must; 
  • English Level Proficiency – Intermediate, Upper Intermediate or higher; 
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills; 
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities, demonstrating flexibility in design approach;

 Will be considered as an advantage: 

  • Illustrative skills and experience in producing icons and illustrations; 
  • Experience using After Effects. 

There is no one-size-fits-all here, we are quite flexible and use an individual approach with every Candidate we meet. We don’t want to set any limits, but if we are naming the numbers, then the salary range for this position starts from the 1967 EUR gross up to 2260 EUR Gross.
