At Dyninno, we believe that innovation thrives when talented individuals come together to ensure seamless operations. Our shared IT teams, ranging from IT Operations to Data Platform and more, play a vital role in our organization's success, each contributing a unique skill set to the mix.

To grasp what happens behind the scenes of each team's work, we organized our very first IT Connect Week – an event that opened the doors for our teams to share updates, discuss challenges, and showcase their ongoing projects.

From July 17th to July 20th, six teams and around 300 tech enthusiasts joined us for daily presentations both on-site and online. Let's take you on a journey through IT Connect Week that offered a sneak peek into the daily work of our shared IT experts.

The week began with Anatolijs Volobujevs, who delivered an insightful presentation on "Overcoming Challenges in IT Operations." He discussed the common hurdles faced by IT teams and highlighted the solutions employed to maintain smooth system operations.

Next, Aleksejs Grigorjevs shared "VoIP Project Updates.” He addressed the challenges they encountered, the solutions they implemented, and provided a glimpse into the ongoing efforts to enhance the VoIP service. His talk left us excited about the potential of VoIP for modern communication.

Then came Vadims Gedzs, our R&D guru, who delved into the role and contributions of the Research and Development team. He shared the key challenges they face, highlighted the results they achieved, and unveiled their plans for the upcoming half-year.

Pavels Avens took us on a journey through "Jira Best Practices," offering valuable insights and tips on how to make the most out of this versatile tool.

And of course, no IT Connect Week would be complete without the heroes behind the scenes - our Helpdesk team! Kaspars Andersons delivered a talk on "Helpdesk Insights," exploring various aspects, including our current support model, statistical analysis, focused areas of improvement, achievements, failures, and the valuable lessons learned along the way.

Last but not least, we were treated to a presentation by Anastasija Grimailova on "Data Platform Team Updates." The power of data-driven initiatives and how they shape strategic decision-making left us feeling empowered to harness data's potential for positive change.

Each presentation commenced with an engaging Q&A. Thanks to the enthusiastic participation of our colleagues and the insights shared by our speakers, IT Connect Week proved to be an informative and inspiring event.
