SECURITY SYSTEM ENGINEERING SPECIALIST (MANAGEMENT LEVEL)

The key task of the Security Systems Engineering Specialist is to manage DYNINNO Group's physical security technologies and implement global security policy. You will be responsible for recommending and introducing the necessary security control systems, suggesting their modifications and consulting, supporting and informing other stakeholders to guarantee their flawless operation.

Main duties:

  • Develop, monitor and maintain implementation or modification of security system projects (both on the existing and future premises in Latvia and globally);
  • Ensure continuance of the operation of security systems, independently organise restoration of the system operation in cases of interruptions, provide maintenance and fault elimination;
  • Cooperate with local and foreign external service providers in the security systems field to coordinate and monitor their operation;
  • Install, administer, maintain, configure, independently restore, monitor. and modify servers and computers, as well as systems and applications (act as the process owner ensuring work division among System Administrators and delivery of results);
  • Cooperate with the internal commissioning parties (IT Division, Project Manager, Development Division, local office managers, Procurement Specialists etc.), to manage and control the introduction and modification of security systems, and correction processes in various offices in Latvia and abroad;

  • Provide physical security posts with the necessary systems and monitor their performance;

ENGLISH LANGUAGE COPYWRITER

We are looking for an experienced wordsmith to help us create magic in an in-house PR team of a global company.

You will work together with designers, videographers, social media managers, and other talented people to create engaging stories for different DYNINNO Group brands worldwide.

Your direct duties will include writing copy, creating ideas, and developing strategies for DYNINNO Group brands for internal and external communication purposes—website texts, posters, banners, flyers, recruitment copy, social media posts, video and ad scenarios, strategies, presentations, jokes, you name it.
