With over a hundred open vacancies per year, the Technical Recruiter will have a unique chance to develop relationships with key players and biggest IT communities in Riga and grow a valuable database of potential candidates, contacts and resources.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract qualified candidates through the use of databases, online resources, social media, etc;
  • Conduct in-depth pre-screening calls to assess potential candidates for their level of interest, qualifications and compensation;
  • Act as a point of contact to Hiring Managers and candidates during the recruitment cycle, building long-lasting relationships whilst promoting the company and its values;
  • Conduct interviews by combining various methods (structured interview, technical assessments in HackerRank) and lead candidates through the entire recruitment process until successful onboarding;
  • Partner with business leaders and management to understand the business needs and hire qualified talent to fill their roles;
  • Promote the company as a great place to work through a variety of channels on social media and beyond.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter or Technical Recruiter;
  • Hands-on experience with various recruiting techniques, including interviewing, assessment, etc.
  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT, Marketing, Fintech roles;
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques;
  • Team player with strong time management and organizational skills;
  • Process driven, open-minded and goal-oriented mindset;
  • Good knowledge of Latvian, English and Russian.

SOFTWARE ENGINEERING TEAM LEADER

You will be responsible for leading a team of highly skilled developers and delivering complex internal system development projects across a variety of products and technologies. Managing the successful delivery of projects will require you to plan, coordinate and lead activities across the full delivery lifecycle. This will include working closely with business and liaising with key project stakeholders. You will grow as an individual, professionally, and be able to see and feel the impact you are making to the growth of our company every day.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor team of developers in full stack development;
  • Facilitate day to day management responsibilities including team support, feedback, open discussions, and time management;
  • Manage the delivery of multiple complex simultaneous system development projects;
  • Identify and implement best practices for quality and efficient software engineering;
  • Collaborate with the product team to deliver new features;
  • Define project functional technical requirements, identify project milestones, phases, and elements needed to complete;
  • Engage and manage project stakeholders to make the project a success.

Requirements:

  • Experience of people management and the ability to lead and motivate others;
  • Proven experience in leading and managing the delivery of system/software development projects in an international environment;
  • Solid project management skills using different methodologies and approaches;
  • Previous experience acting as a developer or QA would be an advantage;
  • Good English skills;
  • Excellent personal organisation and ability to prioritise and carry out multiple tasks;
  • Able to influence and drive projects to meet key milestones and overcome challenges.
