Web and Data Analytics Specialist

We’re looking for a Web and Data Analytics Specialist for our fast-growing Trevolution division projects (ASAP Tickets, Skylux Travel, etc.) with over 2 million monthly visitors with a presence in the USA, Canada and other markets. You’ll manage and configure GTM and GA4 accounts, monitor and enhance tracking solutions, develop dashboards and reports using tools like Google Looker Studio and internal platforms. Your role involves ensuring data accuracy, analyzing data, identifying opportunities for improvement, and collaborating with marketing, product, IT and other teams to optimize current performance. Proficiency in GTM, GA4, conversion tracking, and data visualization tools is essential, along with strong analytical skills. 

Responsibilities:  

  • Manage and configure existing GTM, GA4 accounts for a large number of domains, set up new; 
  • Ongoingly monitor existing and set up new tracking solutions to enhance e-commerce platforms tracking – set up pixels, conversions, tags (GTM, GA4 and direct advertising platforms); 
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using data visualization tools such as Google Looker Studio and Looker (internal data platform) and communicate insights to stakeholders; 
  • Collect, analyze and interpret data using both external and internal analytical tools;  
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data, identify any data discrepancies or inconsistencies and take steps to resolve them; 
  • Clean up, format, and/or transform data to ensure it is usable for analysis;  
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams about any technical implementations needed, including set up of any data feeds, scripts, automatic imports, etc. 
  • Use data to identify areas of opportunity and make recommendations for improvement; 
  • Collaborate with the product development team and marketing team to optimize website performance, user experience and CR based on web analytics data; 
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in web analytics and data analysis.   

Requirements:  

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools and techniques;    
  • In-depth proficiency in Google Tag Manager (GTM), experience with server-side tracking is considered a plus;  
  • In-depth proficiency in Google Analytics 4;  
  • Experience in setting up conversion tracking for the Ads Systems – Google Ads, Facebook Ads (Facebook Conversion API), Microsoft Bing and others;  
  • Proficiency in one of the Visualization tools – Google Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI;  
  • Experience with Looker as a business or developer user is considered a plus;  
  • Understanding of SQL and JavaScript scripting.  
  • Experience in setting technical tasks for additional development tasks;   
  • Experience in building mathematical models is a plus;   
  • Proficiency in the English language. 

There is no one-size-fits-all here, we are quite flexible and use an individual approach with every candidate we meet. While getting familiar during our interview, we try to understand where your working experience, professional skills and future contribution to the company can be applied within our multiple business projects.

We don’t want to set any limits, as a lot depends on seniority level and prior experience. But if we are naming the numbers, then the starting point for this position is starting from 2843 EUR Gross per month.
