SAP SF Senior Integration Consultant

We are growing fast and looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Integration Consultant who can work with internal and 3rd party implementation partner consultants to design, develop, test, and implement and optimized integration architecture for SF.  

You will take on a technical lead responsibility to utilize SAP’s CPI integration tool, SuccessFactors Integration Center, SFAPI, OData etc. to create a sustainable framework with other 3rd part touchpoints.

Responsibilities: 

  • Build, test and implement the integration between SAP SF and 3rd party systems using SAP integration technologies; 
  • Gather the requirements and design the technical architecture accordingly, develop and maintain all the technical documentation;
  • Manage the integration plan and the development team; 
  • Takes full ownership for ensuring all the interfaces are thoroughly tested and can clearly articulate and assess entry and exit criteria for each integration test; 
  • Identifying issues and highlighting risks to Business process Owners or management to achieve resolution; 
  • Reviewing SF Quarterly Releases information, test the system after the release.

Requirements:  

  • Higher technical education or bachelor’s degree; 
  • 5 + years’ experience with EC and Payroll Integration projects; 
  • Fluent English;
  • Understanding of various SF distribution scenarios (Talent Hybrid, Side by Side, Core Hybrid)and various integration scenarios related to data migration, replication etc.; 
  • Proven knowledge and development experience with SAP integration technologies including PI/PO, ABAP/JAVA WebDynpro, CPI, HCI, oData WebServices, SuccessFactors Integration Center, Business Integration Builder; 
  • Associate and or Professional Level SuccessFactors Certification especially – SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP Cloud Platform Integration;
  • Excellent organizational and collaborative skills.

We don’t want to set any limits, but if we are naming the numbers, then the monthly salary range is 3000 EUR – 3500 EUR gross depending on your skills and experience.
