SAP SF Compensation Consultant

We are seeking a highly self-motivated SAP SF Compensation and Variable Pay expert who will work as part of a cross-functional team responsible for HR processes transformation with SAP Success Factors, this includes the configuration and testing of the design for multiple countries and the migration of employees data.  


  • Build, test, and implement SAP SF Compensation and Variable Pay module;
  • Review the existing SAP SF PMGM design to identify any potential impediments to the goal of implementing compensation;
  • Takes full ownership for ensuring solutions are thoroughly tested and can clearly articulate and assess entry and exit criteria for each phase test;
  • Close interaction with Global and Regional Functional Experts (PMGM/SD and Compensation & Variable Pay modules) as well as with Service Management team; 
  • Identifying issues and highlighting risks to Business process Owners or management to achieve resolution; 
  • Support system and processes after the business go-live, including reviewing of the SF Quarterly Releases information and testing of the system after the release; 
  • Relentlessly focus on quality – quality of data, user experience, communications, etc.  


  • Extensive knowledge of SAP Success Factors and Compensation design, build, testing and implementation. This must include implementation and support experience of SAP SF Compensation and Variable Pay; 
  • Deep knowledge of HR processes necessary to quicky understand and effectively communication with primary HR stakeholders; 
  • Must be certified in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation / Variable Pay; 
  • Knowledge of SAP PMGM and SD modules is required;
  • Strong work ethic, self-directed and resourceful; 
  • Solution oriented and result driven; 
  • Higher technical education or bachelor’s degree;
  • Fluent English;
  • Proactive, flexible, and capable of working independently as well as working in a team; 
  • Ability to multi-task & flexible attitude.

We don’t want to set any limits, but if we are naming the numbers, then the monthly salary range is 3000 EUR – 3500 EUR gross depending on your skills and experience.
