Risk Analyst

Dynatech – a competence center for Dyninno Group, is looking to hire a new team member for one of the Group’s Companies.

Responsibilities: 

• Work with internal and external data sources – data collection and analysis; 
• Prepare and interpret risk-reports; 
• Build analytical solutions to provide support for the risk team and management; 
• Draw conclusions from available data and prepare recommendations concerning risk policies; 
• Participate in risk policy optimisation to derive the maximum value of risk models; 
• Communicate analytic solutions to stakeholders and implement necessary improvements into operational systems. 

Requirements: 

• Higher education in statistics, applied mathematics, or related discipline; 
• Experience with data analysis and reporting; 
• Proficient user of SQL, Python/R; 
• Analytical approach in problem-solving and attention to detail; 
• Willingness to learn; 
• Experience in the financial industry (microfinance) would be considered an advantage. 

There is no one-size-fits-all here, we are quite flexible and use an individual approach with every Candidate we meet. We don’t want to set any limits, but if we are naming the numbers, then the salary for this position is starting from 2700 EUR gross per month.
