PR Project Manager

Dynatech is the IT center of Dyninno Group, which provides products and services in the finance, travel, and entertainment sectors in 50 markets. Dynatech provides IT, marketing, operational, and administrative support to the following businesses:

Trevolution. Focuses on agency sales of air tickets and travel services to both retail and corporate clients. It manages the brands ASAP Tickets, International Travel Network, as well as a number of online services.

Ecofinance. Provides retail clients with access to loan and payment services in Europe and other regions. It also manages the neo-bank MultiPass and the brands CreditPrime and EcoFinance.

Entertech. Brings together millions of talents and thousands of companies in the US and Canadian entertainment industry through allcasting.com and kidscasting.com.

We are looking for a teammate who will be responsible for all PR projects. This position reports to PR Director, and works in close collaboration with the rest of the communication team (both external and internal), team of designers and marketing. Perfect candidates are young professionals, with experience in PR or/and marketing, ready to take ownership of processes, who have great organizational and communication skills. We will deeply appreciate candidates who will be flexible in their workstyle, able to easily adjust to changing priorities, and a team player, being responsible for the results.

The key goals of this position are:  

  • Participate in long term PR strategy development and execution; 
  • Run and coordinate different internal and external PR activities; 
  • Build and coordinate an internal and external communication of the division using 360 degrees tool, to establish a strong, reliable company image among company employees and outside organization; 
  • Master all communication issues on behalf of the division; 
  • Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to the PR team; 
  • Plan and coordinate company participation in conferences and award ceremonies; 
  • Be a key person to coordinate and oversee workflow between PR team members – design team, copywriters, press relation specialists, SMM manager, internal communications manager; 
  • Keep track of all PR activities and performance updated and report to the internal client.  

We are looking for a person with:  

  • Solid experience in related positions – project management and digital communication / PR, including SMM 1+ year; 
  • Knowledge and experience in implementation 360 degrees communications principles; 
  • Knowledge of employer brand communication implementation; 
  • Strong writing, editing, and presenting skills; 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in local language; 
  • Fluent English; 
  • Knowledge of excel, spreadsheets, task manager, visual editors; 
  • Excellent negotiation skills and analytical mindset; 
  • Work experience in an international company will be considerate as an advantage. 

We don’t want to set any limits, but if we are naming the numbers, then the monthly salary is from 2800 EUR gross – 3200 EUR gross.
