Online Reputation Specialist

Join our team as an Online Reputation Specialist and play a crucial role in shaping our company’s digital image.

We are looking for a talented individual who is passionate about maintaining and enhancing our online reputation to attract and retain customers. As an Online Reputation Specialist, you will be responsible for various tasks, including updating website content, publishing positive customer reviews, managing our company blog, and monitoring online feedback and ratings. If you have a keen eye for detail, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of online reputation management, we want to hear from you. 


  • Update and maintain website content, ensuring accuracy and relevance; 
  • Publish positive customer reviews on our websites; 
  • Manage and optimize our company blog to promote a positive brand image; 
  • Monitor and analyze review ratings and feedback on third-party platforms; 
  • Monitor Google search rankings for relevant keywords; 
  • Develop and manage review-invite email campaigns to encourage customer feedback and reviews; 
  • Share review content on our social media platforms; 
  • Continuously monitor online content related to our brand and address any issues; 
  • Manage the review blocks on our website, ensuring a seamless user experience.  


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience); 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively; 
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy; 
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.  

What will be considered an advantage:

  • Experience in online reputation management, social media management, or digital marketing; 
  • Understanding of online reputation management principles and best practices; 
  • Familiarity with content management systems and website administration. 

There is no one-size-fits-all here, we are quite flexible and use an individual approach with every candidate we meet. We don’t want to set any limits, but if we are naming the numbers, then the starting point for this position is 1400 EUR gross per month.
