L&D Methodologist

Dyninno is a group of companies founded in 2004 in San Francisco. We are seeking candidates for a L&D Methodologist position. S/he will be responsible for creation of standardized initial managerial program for Supervisors/Senior Supervisors as part of online LMS and the development of new L&D programs.

Short-term goal:  

  • Audit of existing L&D programs, creation of unified database with actual programs and creation of next 3 months activity list;
  • Get acquainted with the specifics of the Travel business, it’s jobs and competencies;
  • To gather 2022 learning and development needs from key stakeholders – GMs, Global HR, HR Directors, Support Director. 

Long-term goals: 

  • To take over introduction and content management of our ERP online learning module, including, but not limited to possibility of obligatory and job-dependent online learning, testing, assessment centre, PDP tracking and assignment; 
  • Develop new methods for the transfer and assimilation of knowledge as well as for the acquisition of hard and soft skills; 
  • Test new tools and approaches in education;  
  • Prescribe methods and approaches as part of the L&D policy with HR team; 
  • Create a strategic learning framework; 
  • Manage the life cycle of L&D programs; 
  • Create a digital learning environment and educational trajectories; 
  • Develop a motivational strategy for adult learning; 
  • Define metrics of successful transfer of skills from trainings to workspace.  
  • Calculate the budget for creating and maintaining a complete learning experience. 
  • Collaborate with LMS vendors to ensure the educational platform is up to date with company requirements. 


  • Diploma/certificate in L&D Management; 
  • Experience in creation of corporate learning programs; 
  • Experience with corporate online LMS; 
  • Experience in Customer Development of the target audience for testing the hypotheses of creating new L&D products; 
  • Knowledge of motivation theories; 
  • Experience in creation of student journey maps;  
  • Experience in creation of concepts and curricula for online courses and mixed format programs, lesson structures, modules; 
  • Experience in formation a line of educational products according to the concepts of adult learning and instructional design; 
  • Experience in budget planning of L&D activities; 
  • Ability to design and analyze of different types of educational products` metrics; 
  • Experience in methodical audit of educational products; 
  • Advanced knowledge of English.

We don’t want to set any limits, but if we are naming the numbers, then the monthly salary is not less than 3500 EUR gross.
