Junior Recruitment Specialist

We are looking for a Junior Recruitment Specialist who will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for various positions within the company and helping the recruitment team coordinate several recruitment administrative processes. Responsibilities:
- Source and attract candidates using all possible tools (professional platforms, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, etc.) for different recruitment projects, both NON-IT (marketing, finance, legal, design, sales) and entry-level IT hirings;
- Prepare and publish job advertisements on necessary portals and websites;
- Lead candidates through the entire process until successful onboarding;
- Support recruitment team in all matters (make pre-screen calls, conduct interviews, create candidates’ long lists, prepare job offers, etc.);
- Participate in different recruitment projects depending on the recruitment strategy (referral programs, employee branding etc.);
- Support management in decision-making, provide insights and feedback on candidates and interviews.
Requirements:
- Great communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proactive, process-driven and detail-oriented mindset;
- Self-motivation, enthusiasm and a high sense of responsibility;
- Willingness to develop professionally in the HR field;
- Good knowledge of Latvian, English and Russian language skills. As we operate worldwide, the more languages you know the better.
And there is no one-size-fits-all here, we are quite flexible and use an individual approach with every Candidate we meet. We don’t want to set any limits, but if we are naming the numbers, then the salary for this position is 1200-1400 EUR Gross per month.
