HR Business Partner (Trevolution)

As an HR Business Partner across multiple locations, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our valued business division—a dynamic player in the airline and travel industry!  

 Your Responsibilities: 

  • Trusted Advisor: Act as a reliable and approachable resource for employees, addressing concerns, mediating conflicts, and nurturing a positive and inclusive workplace atmosphere;
  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders and leaders to identify effective solutions for various team projects and initiatives. Offer expert consultation and contribute actively to the development and execution of these solutions;
  • Change Management: Assist in coordinating company restructurings, ensuring seamless communication at all stages of the process and supporting the organization through periods of transformation;
  • Learning and Development: Organize and facilitate essential training sessions for mid-level managers and employees, enhancing their skill sets and contributing to professional growth;
  • Performance Reviews: Support the implementation of performance review cycles, guiding managers and employees through the process and ensuring its effectiveness. Manage promotion-related reporting;
  • System Implementation: Contribute to the implementation of HR systems and tools, streamlining processes and enhancing data-driven decision-making;
  • Cross-team collaboration: Act as a bridge between teams, facilitating the exchange of ideas, knowledge, and resources to enhance overall operational efficiency. 

Your Qualifications: 

  • A bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field – is preferred;
  • Good command of English, Latvian, Russian;
  • 3-4 years of experience in HR Business Partner or similar roles;
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills;
  • Proven ability to drive and manage change effectively. 

 There is no one-size-fits-all here, we are quite flexible and use an individual approach with every candidate we meet.  We don’t want to set any limits, but if we are naming the numbers, then the salary range for this position starts from 2800 EUR Gross per month depending on your experience and skills.
