Technical Support Specialist (Help Desk 1st level)

Responsibilities:

  • Installation & configuration of a company’s computer hardware operating systems and applications;
  • Diagnosing and solving hardware or software issues;
  • Providing IT assistance to staff and customers;
  • Testing and evaluating new technology;
  • Maintain clean and well-organized storage and workspaces;
  • Tracking tickets in queue and ensuring SLAs are met accordingly;
  • Cooperation with external suppliers of services and equipment;
  • Participate in the training of new members of the team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or any technology-related course;
  • 3+ years relevant experience, preferably in the helpdesk environment;
  • Computer hardware and software knowledge;
  • Experience with procurement process is a plus;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team;
  • Strong sense of responsibility and excellent time management skills;
  • Ability to work in shifts (10:00-18:30; 12:00-20:30).

The monthly gross salary is starting from 1400 EUR depending on your skills and experience.
