Channel/Partnership Marketing Manager
One of our business divisions, operating in the Travel industry projects with over 1 million monthly visitors, is growing really fast, and we are expanding our Marketing team.
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Channel/Partnership Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. As the Channel/Partnership Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth by managing ads on various travel marketing channels, e.g., partner websites, including popular travel websites such as Kayak, Skyscanner, and other relevant platforms. You will be responsible for both optimizing existing partnerships and exploring new opportunities to attract quality leads to our website.
It is important to mention that this role would include a flexible schedule for the US market, on some days the preferable schedule would be 11:00-20:00, based on agreement with the direct manager.
Responsibilities:
1. Channel Management:

- Take full ownership of managing advertisements on travel marketing channels (e.g., partner websites and other relevant platforms)
- Oversee the performance of existing ads and placements with current vendors/partners, ensuring continuous optimization for maximum ROI.
2. Traffic and Leads Growth:

- Proactively search for, test, and discover new opportunities for traffic and leads growth within the existing partnerships and channels.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to design compelling ad campaigns that drive high-quality traffic and conversions.
3. Partnership Development:

- Identify and pursue potential new partnerships with travel websites, affiliate networks, and other relevant platforms to expand our marketing reach and diversify traffic sources.
- Build strong relationships with partners and negotiate favorable advertising placements and rates.
4. Analytics and Reporting:

- Regularly monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as CTR, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and ROI.
- Provide detailed reports to the executive team, highlighting campaign performance and actionable insights.
5. A/B Testing and Optimization:

- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to continually improve campaign performance and enhance the user experience.
6. Brand Consistency:

- Ensure that all ads and campaigns maintain consistent branding and messaging that aligns with our company’s identity and value proposition.
7. Market Research:

- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging marketing channels to identify new opportunities for growth.
8. Budget Management:

- Collaborate with the CMO to allocate and manage the marketing budget effectively across various channels, ensuring optimal return on investment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (is an advantage)
- Proven track record of successfully managing marketing channels (experience in travel industry will be considered as an advantage)
- Experience in partnership marketing, performance marketing, conversion rate optimization, and lead generation.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools and ad platforms (e.g., Google Analytics/GA4, Looker)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain partnerships with vendors and other stakeholders.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and devise innovative marketing strategies.
- Self-driven and result-oriented, with a passion for achieving targets and driving business growth.
- Readiness to work a flexible schedule for the US market, on some days preferable schedule would be 11:00-20:00

We don’t want to set any limits, as a lot depends on seniority level and prior experience. But if we are naming the numbers, then the salary range for this position is 2260 – 2551 EUR Gross based on the candidate’s previous experience and qualifications.
