We Have Introduced New Corporate Values

The time has come to open a new chapter at Dynatech and the whole Dyninno Group. The experience and knowledge we acquired during previous years have facilitated our growth and maturity as a company. We are not the same as we were 20 years ago when Dyninno Group was founded or even 5 years ago when Dynatech was founded, therefore, we are happy to subscribe to the new Dyninno Group values. “We have been building a Dyninno community throughout our markets of operations for many years. However, the rapidly growing nature of our company demands a broader, yet more targeted vision,” highlights Alex Weinstein, the founder of Dyninno Group.

We have recognized that corporate culture is an essential driving force for staff recruitment, retention, and the entire employee journey. According to a recent study by Deloitte, over 80% of employees and executives believe that a distinct company culture is an essential part of why a company succeeds, and over 60% have claimed that company culture played a significant part in their decision to choose one workplace over another. Culture is truly fundamental for successful strategic management, business operations, and overall company performance. With our goal to foster an engaged, motivated and success-driven team, Dynatech is on the way to creating a new-level, innovative, well-balanced, and more efficient workplace for our employees. By introducing our common values we want to bring out the best in our employees, provide them the space to express their ambitions, generate new ideas, and work independently and in a team, while certainly having fun.

The cornerstones of our new culture are the six key values, which reflect the very nature of the company and serve as guidelines for navigating to future successes:

After we launching our corporate values, the next challenge is their integration into day-to-day processes. According to Alex Weinstein: “With the introduction of values, the process doesn't stop, it is just the beginning. We are rebuilding our internal communications, recruitment, and employee evaluation processes. We have selected a team of value ambassadors who will be the faces and voices of the new values. We have very ambitious growth plans, and embracing a new corporate culture is one of them.”
