This year, Dyninno Group celebrates 18 years since the company's foundation. In honor of that, Dyninno Riga office had the most significant celebration in two years - DynaGaming Fest!
At the beginning of August, more than 200 people, almost all of our staff from Dynatech, gathered in a beautiful location next to Lielupe river in Jūrmala. The weather was warm and sunny, the food was cooked by a top-notch chef Lauris Aleksejevs with his team from "36. line" restaurant, and the evening was perfectly fit for some fun activities.
To make it more exciting, we were divided into different teams and, throughout the evening, had a chance to compete in multiple games: ice hockey, arcades, shooting, strength showing, and virtual reality, as well as others. After some fierce competition, the winning team received some pretty cool prizes!
The summer event was also an excellent opportunity for us to celebrate colleagues who've been with the company the longest. At Dyninno Group, we make sure that each employee is appreciated, and that an environment of growth is ensured. Currently, more than a third of Dyninno Riga employees have worked for Dyninno Group for over 5 years. Some for 15 or even longer! We also voted for teammates in eight fun categories, such as office prankster, coffee drinker, busy bee, and human Wikipedia.
The games, fun, and dancing lasted deep into the evening. DynaGaming Fest was an opportunity for all of us to bond and become even closer, share ideas, and simply have fun together as a team. Dyninno Riga isn't just a workplace for us - it's a family of super cool and ambitious professionals who know how to celebrate their achievements together. Take a look at the recap video!
