It's been more than a month since our most sparkling event of the past year took place, and we must admit, we are still feeling that DynaSpark buzz when coming back to it in our memories. And there's no wonder: DynaSpark was more than just a party; it was a celebration of the spirit of unity that drives our team and makes us who we are.

At the end of December, around 700 people gathered together to celebrate the New Year and commemorate the achievements of Dyninno's teams in 2022. With the dress code set to "Dip in Glitter," guests truly embraced the evening and were glimmering in the most stylish dresses and suits. But the spark was to be seen in much more than our colleagues' attire...

The spark truly lit up the evening as everyone enjoyed a dazzling talent show featuring Dyninno teams stepping out of their comfort zones and letting out their inner artists. A dazzling Diamonds dance and a lively Bollywood dance, a riveting rap performance, and other exciting acts — it was a remarkable showcase of our colleagues' courage and self-expression, and we got to see different sides of them we had never seen before.
 
What made the evening even more special was the recognition and celebration of the hard work and dedication put in by our colleagues throughout the year. Twenty-five Dyninno Excellence Awards and five ITS Performance Awards were given out, and it was a great honor to see our coworkers being recognized and appreciated.
 
Creative performances and award presentations, coupled with funny conversations and inspiring speeches — now top it all off with the spirit of true friendship and unity — it was an unforgettable night and a beautiful example of what it means to be a part of the Dyninno family.
 
We work hard and play hard, and we enjoy every bit of our journey together.
